Where it excels and where it fails
The friendly and attentive staff made us feel incredibly welcome, while the delicious food and relaxing spa treatments added a special touch to our stay.
We encountered minor timing issues at the spa that slightly impacted our experience.

A wonderful escape in paradise
Sipping cocktails by the pristine lagoon pool while enjoying attentive service was blissful. The gardens were a vibrant show of color, and I adored the comfortable bed in our spacious villa.
However, the beach area felt a bit crowded, and the wait times for dining were sometimes longer than expected. A more organized approach would enhance the experience significantly.

The fabulous pool and beach were delightful.
I encountered multiple service issues during my stay. Staff seemed untrained and struggled with communication, resulting in incorrect breakfast orders. Additionally, the food was astonishingly poor for a five-star hotel, lacking variety and quality, which was utterly disappointing.

This summer holiday at the resort blew my mind. The cozy two-bedroom pool villa with a garden view was a perfect escape, and i loved the relaxing spa treatments. It exceeded my previous stays in mui ne with its good breakfast featuring homemade bread and fresh fruit.
some amenities could use maintenance.

serene gardens but could improve staff training
The lagoon pool offered a stunning view and a perfect place to relax throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the unique outdoor bathroom that added a special touch to our One-Bedroom Pool Villa. The breakfast had an impressive variety, with both Western and Asian options, ensuring there was something for everyone. Watching the windsurfers from the beach was a fantastic highlight of our visit.
I felt that while the resort's service was overall pleasant, some staff members struggled with communication, which led to occasional delays in service.

The Deluxe Ocean View room was stunning! The bed was super comfy, probably one of the best I've slept on. The decor was pretty and made it feel fancy without being overdone. I loved that we got a nice view right from our room. A little issue with noise from the nearby karaoke at night but not a huge deal. Overall, the room was a beautiful retreat during our stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The spa treatments were incredible, especially the massages, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful experience with lots of options. However, the noise from the nearby resort was a bit distracting at times. I'd definitely return!

Spa treatments are a must!
Had an amazing time here! The spa treatments were so relaxing and what really stood out was the beachfront setting for morning yoga – totally blissful. The bar had a fantastic selection of cocktails too. My only complaint is that the beach umbrellas could use some updates for more shade. Everything else was top-notch!
